![]() If I remove the Pro, no flickering anywhere. The only lights that flicker are 5" lights on a Caseta dimmer, but only when the pro is installed. If I remove a Caseta from the living room for example and put a regular switch back in, no more flickering in the LR. The flickering is much more pronounced when the kitchen lights are dimmed but still happens when the kitchen lights are on full. When the kitchen lights are on, the lights in the living room, family room, and in the stairway area all flicker when off. When the kitchen lights are off, everything is fine. The problem started when the Pro was installed in the kitchen. LR/FR/Stairs have FEIT LED 5" retrofit can lights (CELEDRT56/850/927/2), kitchen has a higher wattage 5" ( LEDR56/827 I believe) and the bedroom has 4". ![]() 1 Caseta Pro dimmer with neutral connected in the kitchen due to load being >150w. 4 standard Caseta dimmers - 1 in MBR, 1 in Family Room, 1 in Living Room, and 1 in a stair area. I have 5 Lutron Caseta dinners in my house. Looking for some assistance with a rather unique problem. We also provide seller ratings to warn you if the seller can be trusted or not.Hello. I was too lazy to switch back to the PD-6WCL and adjust the Low-End Trim to see if it works as well so I'd appreciated it if someone with similar issues would try it out and comment here. This seems like a rather simple solution and I'm curious why I'm not seeing this offered around more. That did the trick and my ghosting has finally disappeared. The Lutron Rep suggested switching the phase (not sure what that does to be honest) but I decided to try out messing with the Low-End Trim first (see Caseta documentation page 70). I believe the minimum load for the PD-5NE is 10W (someone confirm this please) and the minimum load for my LED rope is 7W which is why it lights up. This minimum load current is usually ignored by most LED lights but some don't, which causes ghosting. I'm no electrician, so after contacting Lutron helpdesk, it was explained to me that their wireless dimmers leak current even in their "off" state. Switch to a dimmer that has a neutral line (like a Lutron PD-5NE): this ended up working for me after some manipulation. The LED manufacturer's Rep suggested using their dimmers but I wanted to stick with Lutron Caseta Use a different LED light: I really liked the one I had and didn't want to switch I also found a thread where Lutron engineers advised against using it with their wireless dimmers as it could diminish their life expectancy Use an LUT-MLC: this did somewhat work but generated some buzzing when the light was on at 100%. After some online searches, it seemed as if this was a rather common issue and a few solutions had been proposed: I had an issue with ghosting using a a Lutron PD-6WCL and Shine Decor Neon LED Rope.
